If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase and return the product within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day after completion of the transaction.
To cancel your order, please contact us at support@camo.solutions. You must inform us of your decision before the expiration of the 14-day period.
Exception: Your right to cancel does not apply to digital content that you have started to download, stream, or otherwise acquire, and to products which you have had the benefit of.
If you cancel your order within the permitted period, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your cancellation decision.
Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Beyond the 14-day consumer cancellation period, refunds are provided at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. We will refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.
This does not affect your rights as a consumer in relation to products which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to the service will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Please note that your right to cancel applies only to the initial subscription purchase and not to each automatic renewal.
If you were charged sales tax (VAT, GST, or other applicable taxes) and are registered for sales tax in the country of purchase, you may be entitled to a refund of the sales tax amount if permitted by applicable laws.
You must contact us within 60 days after completing the purchase to be eligible for a sales tax refund. This refund will only be processed upon provision of a valid sales tax code for your country.
All refund requests received after 60 days from the transaction date will not be processed.
