CAMO Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CAMO software ("Software") provided by SUPMAN ("Company"). By using CAMO, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Software Description

CAMO is a security application designed to protect sensitive content during screen sharing or remote access sessions.

2. Subscription and Billing

• • CAMO is sold as a monthly subscription.
• • Payments are processed exclusively by FastSpring (MoR).
• • Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.
• • No refunds are offered.

3. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uptime, performance, or availability. CAMO may be modified or discontinued at any time.

4. Customer Support

Email support is available at support@camo.solutions, Monday–Friday, 8:00–16:00 CET.

5. User Accounts

CAMO does not require user accounts. Only payment-related data handled by FastSpring is collected.

6. Termination

You may cancel anytime via FastSpring. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

7. Updates

Updates are automatic and required.

8. Acceptable Use

Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or illegal use is prohibited.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights belong to SUPMAN.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time.

11. Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTY.

12. Liability Limitation

SUPMAN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months.

13. Governing Law

Law of the Licensor's jurisdiction applies.
